Designed with curved handles that extend above and beyond the height and width of a standard Jumpboard, the Cross-Bow ensures ideal alignment of the hands, wrists and shoulders in exercises. Perfect for performing high-level sport-inspired moves.

The cushioned bars provide a sturdy grip that facilitates exercises in standing and lunging positions while the wider grip can accommodate exercisers with broader shoulders.
